Privacy — Mimo

Controller

Clean Bytes LLC is a Florida LLC. Where the GDPR applies — in particular for people in the EU — the following applies. A separately appointed EU representative is not currently designated.

Purpose

Data is used only to run the app: sign-in, sync across your devices, and the PDF export you start yourself. There is no advertising, no tracking and no sale of data.

What we store

Account: user ID and, depending on the provider, email and display name from Apple or Google. Diary: baby name and birth date, meals, milk and water, sleep, diapers, growth, milestones, illnesses, allergies, vaccine doses, medicine and supplement entries, language and appearance. The food catalog ships in the app and is not personal data.

Photos

A baby photo and optional diaper photos are stored only if you take them or pick them from the library. They stay on the device and in a private cloud folder under your user ID. Mimo does not detect faces, train models or share photos — unless you export or share a PDF yourself.

Health-related entries

Complementary food, sleep, diapers, height, weight, illnesses, allergies, vaccines and medicines are a private diary. They are not an electronic health record. In-app notes are general and are not diagnosis, treatment or dosing.

Your rights
