1. Wofür die App da ist

Mimo ist ein privates Elterntagebuch für Beikost, Schlaf, Windeln, Wachstum und gesundheitsnahe Einträge. Es ist kein Medizinprodukt, stellt keine Diagnose und gibt keine Dosierung. Hinweise in der App sind allgemein und ersetzen keinen ärztlichen Rat.

2. Zugang

Die App startet nur mit Apple-Konto (iPhone) oder Google-Konto (Android). Du bist für dein Konto verantwortlich. Mimo richtet sich an Eltern, nicht an Kinder als Nutzerinnen und Nutzer. Angaben zum Baby gibst du als Elternteil ein.

3. Inhalte

Du behältst die Rechte an deinen Einträgen und Fotos. Du räumst Clean Bytes LLC die für den Betrieb nötige, nicht-exklusive Lizenz ein, sie in der App, in der Cloud-Sync und in dem von dir ausgelösten PDF-Export zu verarbeiten. Keine illegalen Inhalte. Keine Fotos von Kindern, für die du nicht verantwortlich bist.

4. Kosten

Version 1.0 ist kostenlos, ohne In-App-Käufe. Das kann sich später ändern; dann gilt die dann aktuelle Fassung.

5. Haftung

Die App wird so bereitgestellt, wie sie ist. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für Entscheidungen auf Grundlage der allgemeinen Hinweise, für Ausfälle oder für den Verlust von Einträgen. Zwingende Rechte bleiben unberührt. Es gilt das auf Clean Bytes LLC als Florida-LLC anwendbare Recht, vorbehaltlich zwingenden Verbraucherschutzes an deinem Wohnsitz.

6. Kündigung

Du kannst die App deinstallieren. Konto und Cloud-Tagebuch löschst du primär in der App: Einstellungen → Konto & Cloud → Konto löschen. Anleitung: https://clean-bytes.com/mimo/delete-account. Gerät weg: contact@clean-bytes.com.
